How to book ?

* Fill in the Booking form.

* After checking the availability of the room you receive a confirmation email. The deposit amounts to 50% of the total sum. After receiving your deposit, the reservation is final.

* You must pay the balance 6 weeks (= 42 calendar days) prior to arrival.

* We advise you to take a good travel and cancellation insurance. 

* When paying the deposit you accept the conditions of reservation and the internal regulations.

* The package includes a minimum of two nights. 

Conditions of reservation

- A 50% deposit is required when booking.

- If canceled up to 8 weeks prior to arrival we refund the deposit entirely.

- If the cancellation is made within the period of 8 weeks prior to arrival, 40% will be charged.

- If the cancellation is made within a period of 3 weeks (= 21 calendar days) before arrival, 60% will be charged.

- If the cancellation is made within 21 calendar days or if you do not show up the day of arrival, 100% will be charged.

Internal regulations

- Because of fire safety rules, it is allowed to smoke on the cobbled terraces, outside only.

- Since we're a Casa Rural, the "self-catering" is not allowed, nor to bring drinks from outside. There are wine, soft drinks and snacks available.

- Registration on arrival from 14 hours to 24 hours (if later, only after consultation).

- On departure day you must vacate the room no later than 11:00.

- When you leave, you will receive the bill for the consumption of the "Honesty Bar" and for meals (except breakfast).

- Any damage you could have caused will be charged extra.

- Credit cards are not accepted. There is a cash machine in the village.

- We are not responsible for any accidents and children should never be left alone by the swimming pool!
